Dealer Overview
MotoSport.com is an online motorcycle accessory dealer that is serious about customer service. Generous pricing, shipping and inventory policies make things easy when you’re ready to get your next bike toy.

MotoSport stocks everything they sell at their Oregon warehouse for fast shipments. If you need help with your order, the folks answering MotoSport’s phones seem to really know their stuff. The site claims they hire true bike enthusiasts and we’ve had good luck when calling with accessory questions.

Shipping Costs & Policies
Like I’d mentioned earlier, MotoSport has a generous standard shipping policy – Free 2-Day shipping on all orders over $100 that are not super heavy or oversized such as ATV tires. An extra $20 gets you Next Day shipping on most orders.

For orders under $100, shipping is $8 via Fed Ex Home Delivery. And there are no extra insurance or “handling” fees on any MotoSport shipments – always nice. Most items ship within 24-hours of your order. MotoSport currently ships to the domestic U.S. only.

Products & Services Offered
Like the other major online motorcycle dealers, MotoSport offers a broad range of motorcycle clothing, parts and accessories. But MotoSport stands-out because of their well-designed website.

The site layout is easy on the eyes and makes for fast searches when you’re after a specific item.  Navigation is straightforward and intuitive with comprehensive product categories without the clutter found on many other online bike dealer sites.

Product photography is excellent with pop-up images that offer zooming and color options. Returned items as accepted within 90 days of delivery – as long as the product has not been discontinued. MotoSport has a lowest price guarantee on products up to 30-days after purchase. We haven’t tested their guarantee yet but will shortly.

When you’re looking for bike parts, the site uses the standard make and model arrangement for searches. But MotoSport is unique in that they don’t use part numbers but “motorcodes.”

The motorcodes work well if you like to use their printed catalog along with the website. Motorcodes are also handy if you want to call-in your order and don’t want to be on the phone all day while the rep tries to look-up your part.

MotoSport does not charge sales tax on any orders and sales/service reps are available seven days a week. An added feature we like - “Recently Viewed” products are also displayed at the bottom of each webpage – quite helpful for us shoppers with short attention spans. Also, each product selection displays “Similar Items” that may be of interest to you – very handy for browsing or gift shopping.

Pluses
MotoSport’s website is very well-designed. It’s uncluttered layout makes it easy to brows for items if you’re just looking around. The site is super-easy to navigate when you’re after a specific part. MotoSport's comprehensive printed catalogs are a great reference – be sure to order yourself a free copy when you visit their website.

Minuses
Currently there are no parts offered for metric cruisers, only metric Sportbikes, Dirt Bikes and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. And we couldn’t find any sizing charts on the site – love to have charts available.
